Free overnight camping is available at New Song. There is no water or electrical hookups for trailers and motor homes.
Cold Water Shower Facilities and Portable Toilets will be available.
In order to show consideration TO OTHERS, the camping area will observe quiet time beginning 15 minutes after the program on Friday (acoustic on the second stage) and at midnight on Saturday evening. Even normal conversation can prevent others from enjoying a good night's rest. Please help us! Adults are urged to be responsible for their own groups. New Song and/or Camp Loucon is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
NO OPEN FIRES are allowed on the grounds. We recommend Co
leman-type gas or propane stoves for cooking. We can not allow charcoal grills.
Reasonably Priced Concessions will be available throughout the weekend.
All concessions go to support the ministry at Camp Loucon.

GATES WILL OPEN on Friday at 2:00 p.m. CDT (no one will be admitted prior to this time). All groups need to vacate the Loucon grounds by noon on Sunday.

Our Safe Sanctuaries Policy (www.kyumc.org/safesanctuaries) requires that all youth under 18 years of age must have adult supervision. No reservation for overnight stay will be issued without the name, address and phone number of an adult contact person.
New Song provides a first aid station. Licensed medical professional will be available. Please have all medical/parental release forms readily available in case of emergency.
Those attending will be required to act responsibly, lawfully, and in a Christ-like manner. New Song reserves the right to expel anyone from the event not following the aforementioned.
During Saturday evening of the festival, a love offering will be taken in support of Camp Loucon and its many ministries.
